First, Mandilax reserves the right to deny or cancel any order if for any reason we feel obliged not to process it. In the event that an order is not processed, a full refund is made to the customer.

All sales are final but items can still be Returned for Exchanges. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our product, please first call our offices at 08173164100 or email us at jeweler (AT)mandilax.com. We will require a few information from you regarding the said order and then we will trace your order and verify if it qualifies for returns, if qualifies, we will give you instruction on how to apply for returns and exchanges. Item must be Returned Within 5 Days after Delivery. Meaning it must be with us within 5 days and tracking must be given to us). After this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Jewelry returned must be in Brand new, unworn, undamaged condition. Damaged items will not be accepted. If the fault is from our ends, every process of retrieving the item will be borne by us but if a client is at fault, a 20% restocking fees of item price will be charged and the customer will be responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. Item(s) must be returned packaged safely, with tracking and insurance suggested. We will not be responsible for lost return packages.

We offer a full refund in an event that the wrong product, and you cannot wait for another to be sent to you. A full refund is also possible if a defected product was sent to you. We urge you to always check the condition of your order in the presence of our delivery man. We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the customer is unable to prove that the product was defected or broken before it was delivered.
