Meaning it must be in the mail within 3 days and tracking must be given to us). After this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Jewelry returned must be in Brand new, unworn, undamaged condition. Damaged items will not be accepted. If the fault is from our ends, every process of retrieving the item will be borne by us but if a client is at fault, a 15% restocking fees of item price will be charged and the customer will be responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. Item(s) must be returned packaged safely, with tracking and insurance suggested. We will not be responsible for lost return packages.
